Important Notes (Read Before Use) Catatan Penting (Baca Sebelum Menggunakan)

  • If you are a designer, studio, agency, or consultant, the license must be owned by your client. Jika Anda seorang desainer, studio, agensi, atau konsultan, lisensi harus dimiliki atas nama klien Anda.
  • Personal/Demo assets are strictly for non-commercial use only. Aset Personal/Demo hanya diperuntukkan bagi penggunaan non-komersial.
  • Licenses are non-transferable. You cannot share, sublicense, or distribute the files to third parties outside your organization. Lisensi tidak dapat dipindahtangankan. Anda dilarang membagikan, mensublisensikan, atau mendistribusikan file ke pihak ketiga di luar organisasi Anda.
  • Modifying, renaming, or reselling the source files (in any form) is strictly prohibited. Dilarang keras memodifikasi, mengubah nama, atau menjual kembali file sumber (dalam bentuk apa pun).
  • We reserve the right to pursue fines (5–20x the license value) for license violations. No refunds. Kami berhak menuntut denda (5–20x lipat nilai lisensi) atas pelanggaran lisensi. Tidak ada pengembalian dana (refund).

Strict SaaS & API RestrictionBatasan Ketat SaaS & API

You are strictly prohibited from wrapping our HTML/Scripts (especially AI API-connected tools) into a paid Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), White-label platform, or automated generator tool where end-users pay for access, unless you have obtained a custom Enterprise/OEM License from us.
