LICENSES & EULA
Important Notes (Read Before Use)
- If you are a designer, studio, agency, or consultant, the license must be owned by your client.
- Personal/Demo assets are strictly for non-commercial use only.
- Licenses are non-transferable. You cannot share, sublicense, or distribute the files to third parties outside your organization.
- Modifying, renaming, or reselling the source files (in any form) is strictly prohibited.
- Fonts cannot be redistributed, resold, modified, or converted into new fonts.
- We reserve the right to pursue fines (5–20x the license value) for license violations.
- No refunds. Please test with the demo version before purchasing.

- Up to 5,000 physical/digital end products for sale
- 1-5 Websites (Max. 500,000 monthly views)
- Not valid for brand logo
Extended License
- Unlimited Users / Devices
- Valid for one Brand Logo / Wordmark
- Unlimited products for sale & commercial projects
- Unlimited websites & ad impressions
Server / App / Game
- Font embedding for 1 Mobile App & 1 Game
- Web server embedding allowed
Broadcast License
- Valid for 1 TV Show, Film, or Cinema Project
- Unlimited streaming and Motion Graphics
Corporate / Brand License
- Comprehensive license for large-scale enterprise usage
- National and global campaigns
- Unlimited digital and physical applications
B. Template & Graphic Licenses
Personal License
- For personal, non-commercial use
- Valid for personal social media
Commercial License
- Up to 5,000 end products for sale
- 1 Business social media account
Extended License
- Up to 250,000 products for sale
- Unlimited business social media
C. Software, Script & HTML Licenses
Standard License
- 1 User / Developer
- Install on 1 website / domain
- Cannot share or resell source code
Extended License
- Up to 10 Users within an agency
- Install on unlimited domains
- Cannot share or resell source code
Strict SaaS & API Restriction
You are strictly prohibited from wrapping our HTML/Scripts (especially AI API-connected tools) into a paid Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), White-label platform, or automated generator tool where end-users pay for access, unless you have obtained a custom Enterprise/OEM License from us.
D. Freebies & Community Assets
Free Demo / Personal Font License
- Free for personal, student projects, and testing only
- Commercial use, client work, and brand logos are strictly prohibited
- Font embedding in apps or websites is not permitted
Free Personal & Commercial Use
- 100% Free for personal and commercial design projects
- Attribution or credit to Pengedar Seni is appreciated
- Direct reselling or redistribution of raw source files is strictly prohibited
Free Access / Community License
- Free access for personal learning and community use
- Strictly prohibited from re-selling, sublicensing, or white-labeling
- Cannot be bundled into paid SaaS or commercial services
